All sales are final and no refund will be issued, except under the following circumstances:
IQH3D accepts returns no later than 30 days after purchase date under the following conditions:
Item/s must be returned in the same condition customer receives it and in the original packaging with all documentation and parts included; power cord, remote control, leg stands, etc.
Customer will be eligible for a full refund or exchange if the product is not functioning due to a manufacturer defect.
Customer will be eligible for a partial refund if the product is being returned for all other reasons (cost of shipping and crating will be deducted) and is subject to IQH3D approval and discretion.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
IQH3D has the right to inspect all returned items for tampering, damage through customer misuse and missing parts. Any evidence of these will result in the customer being charged to replace or repair the product.
